Blameshift’s refreshing sound quickly started getting the recognition it deserved. Alternative Press Magazine named Blameshift, “unsigned band of the month” in July 2007. Within a month of releasing the record, Blameshift left it all behind and committed to non-stop touring from coast to coast.

1. So 2009 just started! What can everyone expect from you individually and 'Dream'?
I'll be touring with Dream all year promoting my solo album as well as Dream's new album! I'm so excited.. I can't wait for everyone to hear the new music :)

2. Which do you prefer; singing solo or in a group? Why?
I love performing- period. Whether my 3 best friends are by my side or I'm by myself, I'm having a blast!

3. In a lot of your youtube videos, you do cover and you play the guitar! How long have you been playing the guitar and how long does it generally take for you to learn a song?
I've been teaching myself guitar for the past 2 1/2 years. I practice alot, so learning songs is becoming easier.

4. Do you think its possible for you to have individual success--as well as success with 'Dream'?
I think anything's possible if you work hard enough for it :)

5. You're signed with Bad Boy Worldwide. How has that been going? What's it like working with such an incredible team of people?
I feel really blessed to have opportunity to work with the team of people I have.. we're like family! I really admire Diddy and everyone else at Bad Boy.

6. Well, since you're apart of a girl group, I'm sure you know about 'boy bands' too. Were you a boy band crazed girl, like most of us were, in the 90's?
I dont think it was possible not to be ;D I'm still waiting for the Nysnc and Backstreet Boys reunions!! haha

7. There are probably hundreds of fan sites and support sites out for you! How important is it for you to keep up with your fans?
My fans are really supportive of me and I'd be nowhere without them! I keep in touch with them through myspace and youtube everyday! They rock <3

8. What message would you like to send out to your fans and others inspiring to make it in the business?
To my fans- i can't say thank you enough!! I love you!
And to anyone with a dream, keep practicing and keep your head up! IT COULD HAPPEN!

9. Thank you so much for doing this!!!
Thanks you for asking me to ;D xoxo JM

1.  Your first single "Future Love", has been played on 'Radio Disney' constantly! Was the success of "Future Love", un-expected and what was it like hearing yourself on the radio?

DREW: It was insane hearing it on the radio in so many different cities!!! We were stoked. It's a feeling everyone should get to feel. I can't explain it. We're so happy people responded well to it.

2. Along with the success of "Future Love", came the music video. What was the process like in making the video?

DREW: The video was so much fun! The waking up super early was a little suspect but other than that it was great hahaha we had fun...great catering! Great people and just a great experience all around. We invited fans to come be in the video because we didn't want fake paid actors. We wanted the real thing. So we got it =)

3. Performing in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade is such a huge accomplishment (I was actually there!). What was it like performing at such a prestigious event, knowing millions were watching you?

DREW: Macy's was COLDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!! But such an honor to be in the show! The idea of being apart of something you've seen every year on tv since you were born is just like WOW this is real and it's happening. We are so lucky to have been able to show the world us.

4. You guys have such a supportive fan base. How important is it to you to interact with your fans?

DREW: Our fans are everything to use. If I could hang out with every single one of them out there, I would. We're always trying to find new ways to get the fans involved and feel more of a part of us. Because seriously we wouldn't be here without our fans! We owe each and every one of you. So if you ever see any of us anywhere feel free to say hi to us. We can take a pic, hug or whatever because if not for you there would be no us.

5. There are so many new boy bands out there (i.e. V Factory, Menudo, NLT, etc.), is there competition out there like when there was back in the *NSYNC & Backstreet Boys days?

DREW: We are Varsity Fanclub. We have our sound and it's particular to us. No onbe can bring what we do to the table. Each act has something different so we don't consider it competition at all. We just love music and love performing.

6.. Based on that, would you say there's that special something that separates VFC from the other boy bands?

DREW: Each of us is super involved with VFC, we put our everything into the group. We all bring something different to the table....David handles a lot of the business stuff, Jayk tries to interact online as much as possible with our fans, I (Drew) do a lot of songwriting and VFC video-ing, Thomas sets up a lot of meetings for us and gets the hook ups for EVERYTHING and Bobby keeps us all in check and questions everything and helps us make sure we're making all the right decisions for VFC....and then we all have tons of fun!!!! hahahaha
We also all sing and get along. We have the ability to play instruments and write and produce our own material. And we're obnoxious!! hahah =)

7. There hasn't been successful boy bands really since *NSYNC and the Backstreet Boys. Knowing that you'll be compared to them, is that more nerve-wracking or flattering?

DREW: It's flattering in my eyes and the rest of the guys agree. To be compared to someone who's been such a success story and inspiration to so many...I can't complain at all when I'm compared to them.

8. Are there any plans to tour in the near future?

DREW: YESS we have lots of touring coming up so expect to see us soon!!

9. What was the highlight of 2008 for you guys?

DREW: The Macy's Day Parade was bomb!! But just being able to be on the road and meet so many fans!! That means so much. I hope I get to meet every one out there!

10. What can the fans expect from VFC in 2009?

DREW:2009 brings lots of hard work on our end...sleepless nights, lots of videos, lots of music, shows, concerts, craziness and fun!!!!! It's gonna be the year of VFC baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

11. As a band, what would be your 'ultimate' goal to accomplish?

DREW:To sell out Madison Square Garden and to be a household name =)

Young, talented, and insightful; these three words are often used to describe the exuberant 14 year old singer/songwriter Bre Morgan. Bre has been through a whirlwind year that has had her splitting time between Los Angles and her native home in Florida, writing and recording her debut album, being chosen as one of only 11 artists to be featured on Radio Disneys Next Big Thing, and growing as a songwriter. Her music has long been noted to contain in-depth lyrical content that is both enjoyable and relatable.

The Heyday formed in the spring of 2006, when singer-songwriter Randy Ramirez and pianist Jeff Appareti parted ways with their former Americana-roots project aptly-named "Like Chasing Wind." Shortly after, guitarist Brian Martin and drummer Sean Bennett began sneaking away from their other bands to develop the Heyday's sound in Appareti's parents' basement. Spring turned to summer, and Pete Wynn, a friend of Bennett, took over as bassist. The newly formed quintet decided to forego any live performances and write for the remainder of the summer, honing their soulful sound into an honest but radio-friendly new take on rock and roll.
